Information we collect
Contact details you submit through this site, and — only after a business associate agreement is executed — the practice and patient information required to perform revenue cycle work inside your systems.
Protected health information
PHI is accessed inside your EMR and clearinghouse under scoped, role-based accounts. We do not export patient data to personal devices or unmanaged storage, and access is reviewed whenever staffing on your account changes.
How information is used
Solely to perform the contracted services: eligibility, coding, claim submission, denial management, posting, credentialing and reporting. We do not sell information or use it for advertising.
Website data
This site does not require an account. Any form submission is used only to respond to your request.
Retention and deletion
Records are retained for the period required by your agreement and applicable law, then deleted. On termination, access is revoked and any working copies are removed.
Your choices
Request a copy, correction or deletion of the information we hold about you by writing to zaka@blackbridgercm.com.
